I woke up at 6am, ate some eggs from free range hens and did my squats and lunges to firm up the buttocks. Them I did my 3 mile and got my daily wiffleball long tosses in.
It's about 8:20am now, uploading the pics and they should be up within the day. Check back throughout the day for them. In the mean time, I suggest you yourself do some squats and lunges too. It did wonders for me.
